Directions

Take I-25 to exit 146 “Garden of the Gods Road”.  Turn west (toward the mountains) and go to Centennial Boulevard (5th stop light, a major intersection).  

Turn north (right) on Centennial and—watching on the right-hand side of the street, go to the second LIST DRIVE street entrance (one block before the second traffic light).  

Turn right on List Drive and go about one block to 5050 List Drive.  Aspen Technologies will be on the right (across from a landscape nursery) and there is an Aspen Technologies sign above the entrance and an area for visitor parking in front.

Directions from City of Colorado Springs Municipal Airport (COS)

  1. Head northwest on ARFF RD toward THULE LOOP. (0.4mi.)
  2. ARFF RD turns left and becomes THULE LOOP. (0.2mi.)
  3. THULE LOOP turns left and becomes DULUTH AVE. (0.2mi.)
  4. Turn right at MITCHELL ST. (0.4mi.)
  5. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto STEWART AVE. (1.8mi.)
  6. Turn left at AIRPORT RD. (0.4mi.)
  7. Turn left at S POWERS BLVD. (1.3mi.)
  8. Turn right at E FOINTAIN BLVD / US-24 W. (4.3mi.)

  5. Take the first left onto HARRY B COMBS PKWY / UNDERGROVE ST. (0.6mi.)

  7. Turn right at JACKSON GAP RD. (0.2mi.)
  8. Take PENA BLVD. (4.1mi.)
  9. Take the E-470 S exit—exit #6A—toward I-70. (1.0mi)
  10. Merge onto E-470 S (Portions Toll). (27.0mi.)
